The Fayetteville-Cumberland County Chamber is working to improve the community in a variety of different ways:
Leadership Fayetteville
This year long, monthly program is designed to introduce future leaders of the community to the area, to other leaders in the community, and provide outlets for their involvement.
Leadership Fayetteville Alumni Association
This offshoot of the adult Leadership program is designed to maintain the camaraderie and service that participants learn in the regular program after they graduate.
Leadership Fayetteville Youth Academy
The Youth Academy is modeled after the adult Leadership program but for community high school juniors who are looking to get to know themselves, the community, and how they can serve better.
Fayetteville Young Professionals
This program of social events and service is designed for emerging leaders to take the opportunity to learn about local business, enhance their skills, socialize, and network in order to contribute to the community.
The Chamber also works with both higher education and K-12 schools on workforce and education issues. It works with local, state and Federal officials on a myriad of issues including transportation. If you would like to be involved, please contact Todd Lyden @ tlyden@fayettevillencchamber.org
